Youth worker, Romania 2

At just 16 years old, he was the youngest participant in the SPGs project when he joined the group for the Paris mobility in February 2024. At that time, he would sometimes display harmful attitudes toward minorities, including Roma, Jews, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. However, through months of dedicated work, open conversations, and mentorship within the SPGs project, he began to experience profound personal growth. Through the SPGs project, he has gone through an obvious transformation, becoming a humbler and more open-minded individual. Among a diverse group of youth participants, he learned to appreciate the value of empathy, self-awareness, and diversity. His experience underscores the transformative power of education, dialogue, and mentorship in reshaping attitudes and fostering personal growth.
